Common questions
- Do I need a HaloPSA account to use Handover?
- No. You can paste notes or ticket data manually and get all 5 outputs instantly. Native HaloPSA import is included on the Pro plan.
- What counts as a generation?
- Each time you click Generate counts as one generation. You can select up to 5 outputs per generation - selecting more outputs does not use more generations.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Is my data secure?
- Your notes are sent to OpenAI for processing and are not stored by OpenAI for training. Your HaloPSA credentials are encrypted before being stored. We never share your data with third parties.
- Do you offer team plans?
- Team plans are coming soon. If you have a team of 3 or more PMs contact us at hello@handover.io for early access pricing.
- What if I need more than 5 generations on the Basic plan?
- Upgrade to Pro for unlimited generations. From £35/month, or £25/month when billed annually (£300/year) — it pays for itself the first week.
